Why KLEVR Separates Equipment From Monitoring

Home security pricing is easier to compare when the equipment transaction and the ongoing monitoring service are shown as two different things.

Why KLEVR Separates Equipment From Monitoring

Start with what you are actually buying

Security pricing can become confusing when hardware discounts, installation, financing, and monitoring are blended into one monthly number.

KLEVR takes a simpler approach: show the equipment price and show the monitoring price.

That lets you answer two basic questions before checkout:

  1. What equipment am I getting?
  2. What ongoing service am I paying for?

Customer-owned equipment changes the conversation

When customers own the equipment, the hardware does not have to be presented as a mysterious “free” benefit. You can evaluate the system itself: the hub, sensors, keypad, cameras, and the amount of coverage included.

Then you can evaluate the service separately.

Build around coverage, not a promotion

A smaller property may need fewer protected entry points. A larger home may need more perimeter coverage. Some customers need live-view cameras. Others care more about alarm verification.

The system should be sized around the property instead of forcing every customer into the same promotional bundle.

That is the point of KLEVR’s builder: make the buying decision easier to understand before the order is placed.
