- Video Data: If you use our cameras, video recordings are encrypted and securely stored for your access only, or provided to authorities only with your explicit permission during an active dispatch.

- To provide and maintain our Service.
- To notify you about changes to our Service or system alerts.
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service.
- To provide customer support and technical assistance.
- To dispatch emergency services (Police, Fire, Medical) to your registered address during an alarm event.
3. Data Security and Encryption
We employ bank-level AES-256 encryption to protect the transmission of your data between your devices, our servers, and our monitoring center. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
4. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with:
- Service Providers: Third-party companies (like payment processors and our UL-listed monitoring center) necessary to facilitate our Service.
- Law Enforcement: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities during an emergency dispatch.
5. AI Customer Advisor
When you use the KLEVR AI Security Advisor, we require your name and email address so we can identify the conversation and follow up when needed. KLEVR also automatically records standard technical information associated with the chat request, which may include your IP address, browser and device information, language preference, the page or referrer that brought you to the chat, and an approximate city, region, country, or time zone when that information is supplied by our hosting or network provider. We do not request precise GPS location through the AI chat.
We use this information for customer support, lead follow-up, conversation continuity, security and abuse prevention, service analytics, quality review, dealer verification follow-up, and human escalation. Your questions and the conversation history needed to answer them may be processed by our contracted artificial-intelligence service provider to generate a response.
Do not submit passwords, alarm or access codes, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, private API keys, or other credentials through AI chat. We use automated filters intended to remove several common categories of sensitive information, but no filter can guarantee that every sensitive value will be detected. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and do not constitute emergency dispatch, legal advice, or a final representation of equipment compatibility, pricing, availability, tax, shipping, or contract terms.
Where enabled, KLEVR requests privacy-focused provider routing controls, including restrictions on provider data collection and zero-data-retention-capable processing. Availability and enforcement of those controls can depend on the selected AI model and provider. You may avoid AI processing by using our regular contact and support channels instead.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can manage your information directly within your customer portal. If you wish to be informed what Personal Data we hold about you or if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information to improve your browsing experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
