The mere offering, advertising, scheduling, coordination, software enablement, or billing of such services through the KLEVR platform should not be interpreted, by itself, as a representation that KLEVR is directly performing every field-regulated activity in a manner that independently triggers every category of trade-specific or contractor-specific licensing requirement in every jurisdiction.

3. Licensing and Regulatory Position

KLEVR and DEFENDR SECURITY intend for the platform functions described on this website to operate primarily as software, administrative, coordination, customer-interface, ecommerce, and service-distribution functions. 5. Monitoring and Emergency-Service Limitations

Monitoring-related services made available through KLEVR may be facilitated, supported, administered, distributed, or coordinated through third-party monitoring partners, central stations, communication providers, software providers, cellular providers, internet providers, or other service operators. Monitoring outcomes depend on many conditions outside the control of KLEVR, including equipment status, power availability, network availability, signal strength, site conditions, local responder policies, permit status, user settings, and the actions or inactions of third-party service providers and public agencies.

KLEVR, as a platform and service distributor, does not guarantee that any alarm signal will be transmitted, received, reviewed, verified, escalated, or responded to in every circumstance, nor does it guarantee police, fire, medical, guard, or third-party response. Customers remain responsible for keeping account information current, testing equipment, maintaining power and connectivity where required, and reviewing all service-specific agreements that apply to monitoring, dispatch, and emergency communication workflows.

6. Corporate Relationship Disclosure

DEFENDR SECURITY operates as a subsidiary of Hecker & Hall LLC. References to KLEVR, DEFENDR SECURITY, the KLEVR platform, or related services may therefore involve software, branding, operational processes, administrative support, intellectual property, contractual rights, and business functions owned, controlled, licensed, or managed within that corporate structure. Nothing in this disclaimer limits the right of DEFENDR SECURITY, Hecker & Hall LLC, or their affiliates to structure, administer, license, assign, subcontract, or support services in a manner permitted by applicable law and contract.

7. No Reclassification by Marketing Language

Descriptive, promotional, sales, informational, customer-support, or website language used on the KLEVR platform is intended for general customer communication and convenience. Such language should not be read in isolation to reclassify the legal role of the platform, redefine the legal status of a third-party provider, create a licensing admission, expand duties beyond the controlling service agreement, or convert software-distribution and coordination functions into a representation that KLEVR directly performs every regulated service category referenced on the website.

8. Customer Acknowledgment
