Power and connect the hub
Place the AJAX hub in a central location with reliable power and connectivity, then sign into the AJAX customer app using the account prepared by KLEVR.
AJAX panel installation walkthrough
Follow the current KLEVR AJAX walkthrough, then return to the dashboard for activation.
Mount labeled entry sensors
Clean and dry each mounting surface. Match the device label to the opening name, align the transmitter and magnet according to its included guide, then test the open and closed state before moving on.
Place motion and safety devices
Use the KLEVR placement label and device-specific mounting instructions. Avoid heat sources, direct sunlight, moving curtains, and locations where furniture or pets can interfere with intended detection.
Test and request activation
Confirm every opening and device reports correctly, complete any remaining Home Setup information, then use the customer dashboard to request monitoring activation. KLEVR verifies the account before dispatch protection begins.
